The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, or Clery Act, is a federal statute that requires all colleges and universities that participate in federal financial aid programs to keep and disclose information about crime on and near their respective campuses.

As a way of helping ensure safety, Davenport has prepared the following report to increase your awareness of the current programs that exist for your protection. The information details the specific policies and procedures Davenport University employs to deter and respond to crimes and fire safety issues as well as educational programs that teach students and staff safe living habits. This information will be organized according to the requirements of the Clery Act.
DU community members are considered Mandatory Reporters by the university and are required to report criminal incidents in compliance with the Clery Act. All Mandatory Reporters can report suspected misconduct to the university through this link.
