Davenport University's First Year Experience is dedicated to supporting incoming students so they can achieve their academic, personal, and professional goals.
The First Year Seminar class is titled “Achieving Career and Educational Success” (ACES100). This is a three credit course for all majors designed to support students as they successfully transition to Davenport University. Strategies for achieving academic goals, analysis of learning styles and personality preferences, career exploration, and university resources are just a few of the many topics covered during these Foundation of Learning courses.
