Students who reside in Housing and Residence Life at Davenport University are responsible for the terms outlined in their housing contract. The submission of their housing application and consent to the housing contract are simultaneous upon checking the box associated with their electronic signature in eRezlife at the time of application.
We encourage all residents to read the contract in full prior to signing, and to retain a copy of the contract for their own reference.
Pro-rated Housing Rates
If you have to cancel your Housing contract for any reason, this is the pro-rated schedule we will follow for any refunds to the student's account:
