Transfer Student Housing Assignment Information
Housing Options
Transfer students have the opportunity to live in Cook and Meijer Halls, as well as the Panther Woods and Panther Ridge apartments, depending on their student designation by completed credit hours (Freshmen, Sophmore, Junior, Senior, Graduate Student). Cook and Meijer Halls are apartment style halls with double and quad options, located within walking distance of the Academic Building and Student Activity Center and the Maine College of Business. Students desiring a more neighborhood-like apartment experience might enjoy Panther Woods or Panther Ridge apartments. Panther Woods is located a mile offsite next to the Farmer's Athletic Complex, while Panther Ridge is located within walking distance to our main Lettinga Campus.
Special Accommodations
All students requesting a specific housing assignment or meal plan due to a medical condition or other accommodation needs must register with Davenport University's Student Access Coordinator . Housing accommodations will be coordinated based on the Student Access Coordinator's recommendations, date of application, and space availability.
