Transfer Student Housing

Transfer Student Housing Assignment Information

Housing Options

Transfer students have the opportunity to live in Cook and Meijer Halls, as well as in the Panther Woods and Panther Ridge apartments, depending on their classification based on completed credit hours (Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or Graduate Student).

Cook and Meijer Halls are apartment-style residence halls that offer double and quad living arrangements. They are conveniently located within walking distance of the Academic Building, Student Activity Center, and the Maine College of Business. Both halls provide shared bedroom options at a discounted rate.

For students looking for a more neighborhood-like apartment experience, Panther Woods and Panther Ridge may be ideal choices. Panther Woods is situated a mile off-site next to the Farmer's Athletic Complex, while Panther Ridge is within walking distance of the main W.A. Lettinga Campus.

Special Accommodations

Students who require a specific housing assignment or meal plan because of a medical condition or other accommodation needs must register with Katrina Siereveld, the Director of Student Access at Davenport University (kzimmermann1@davenport.edu). Housing accommodations will be made based on the recommendations of the Student Access Coordinator, the date of application, and the availability of space. Please submit any requests for housing accommodations by June 1 for the Fall semester.
