Natalie (she/her) has been at Davenport since 2009, previously working in Housing & Residence Life at Grand Valley State University and Aquinas College. Originally from Illinois, she holds a BS degree in Environmental Biology from Eastern Illinois University, with minors in Botany and Zoology. Natalie moved to Michigan to earn her MEd in College Student Affairs Leadership from GVSU. She is currently a doctoral candidate pursuing her PhD in Educational Leadership at Western Michigan University. Her dissertation is focused on food insecurity among students attending private institutions.
- Natalie advises the National Society of Leadership & Success, oversees annual student recognition efforts, social media, and other Student Life initiatives.

Danielle (she/her) began at Davenport in 2017 working in Athletics with the Women’s Basketball Program. She then transitioned into the Housing and Residence Life department before beginning her role as the Assistant Director of Student Life in 2022. Originally from Illinois, Danielle received her BS in Exercise Science and Masters of Organizational Leadership from Olivet Nazarene University where she played and coached basketball at the collegiate level. Danielle loves connecting with people, new and diverse experiences, personal and leadership development, being immersed in nature, exercise and adventure. You may find her rollerblading or paddle boarding on any given day in the summer.
- Danielle oversees Panther Prowl, 30 Thursdays/campus programming, and volunteer initiatives Davenport.

Bethany (she/her) started working at Davenport in 2023, having relocated to West Michigan from Fort Wayne, IN. Bethany graduated from Taylor University with a BS in Exercise Science and previously worked in Student Affairs at Indiana Institute of Technology in Fort Wayne, where she oversaw campus programming and student organizations. Outside of her time at Davenport University, you can often find her serving as a guide at Muskegon Luge Adventure Sports Complex or exploring hiking trails and communities throughout West Michigan.
- Bethany oversees the Panther Resource Closet (PRC) and Pantry and supports Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) at Davenport.
