There are many opportunities for you to grow and develop as a leader at Davenport including serving on the executive board of a student organization, participating in volunteer projects, or serving as a Panther Prowl Pack Leader.
Since 2010, Davenport has been associated with the National Society of Leadership & Success. The Society offers life-changing lectures from the nation's leading presenters. Be part of a community where like-minded, success-oriented people come together and help each other succeed. The NSLS is an organization that provides a life-changing leadership program that helps students achieve personal growth, career success, and empowers them to have a positive impact in their communities.
Invitations are sent out to students prior to the fall and winter semesters based on our guidelines (GPA of at least 2.7 and enrolled in at least 6 credits for the semester). The Davenport chapter will provide graduation cords to members who have completed induction requirements (Orientation, Leadership Training Day, 3 speaker broadcasts, and 3 Success Networking Team meetings) during the annual induction ceremony held in April. Eligible members who meet the deadline will be invited to participate with this ceremony. Attention graduates: The stole, medallion, and tassel charm available for purchase from the online store are NOT approved to wear for DU's ceremony.
