Enrolled DU students can access the PRC whenever they are in need. The PRC stocks unopened non-perishable food items, personal hygiene products, and new or gently used professional clothing that is in style, clean, and in good condition. The closet has a grab-and-go model, and is designed to provide these resources free of charge to students who might need them.
The PRC Pantry was created in 2022 to tackle food insecurity on our campus by offering additional food items including cooking items, refrigerated items, and bulkier items. To access this resource students are asked to set an appointment with the PRC-Pantry appointment form. Appointments can be made twice a month per student visitor.
If you are a student and would like to request a specific item, please fill out the request form at this link. Davenport students not attending the W.A. Lettinga campus are also eligible to utilize the PRC, and can request resources by emailing prc@davenport.edu or using the online request form.
The PRC is available to students during the academic building's business hours. Appointments for the PRC Pantry are typically available between 8am-5pm, but arrangements can be made for after hours during the week by emailing prc@davenport.edu.
The primary PRC is located near the main elevator on the lower level of the academic building at the W.A. Lettinga campus. Visit this link for a full list of PRC locations.
