First Year Student Move In
First year student move in takes place on August 29th! Move-in happens alphabetically, starting at 9:00am.
A-D: 9:00am-10:00am
E- K: 10:00am-11:00am
L-R: 11:00am-12:00pm
S-Z: 12:00pm- 1:00pm
Move-ins start at the Welcome Desk in the academic building, and our team will direct you from there to your various housing placements.
Returning and Transfer Student Move In
Returning students and transfer students new to housing will move in on August 30th! Move-in times for these students mirror the above timeslots.

Early and Special Arrivals
Athlete Move In:
Early- Arrival fall athletes who have been approved will get details about that move-in process from their coach.
International Student Move In:
International students move-in is August 27th from 1:00pm-5:00pm. If this does not work for you in terms of your flight, you must be in touch with Housing directly to discuss options. Please contact us at: housing@davenport.edu. No International Student will be approved to move in more than 5 days early without charges being assessed, so please reach out directly and we are happy to assist you!
