Citations and Accidents
The driver of the University vehicle will be responsible for all moving and parking violations during the rental period.
In the case of an accident, vehicles will have an accident kit that must be completed and returned along with the Incident report written by the police department. If an accident report is not returned to the Transportation dept. all repairs will be charged to the renting department.
Damage to University rented vehicles and or the deductible will be charged to the renting department.
