With TeamDynamix, users can view the Knowledge Base, submit Customer Support Center (CSC) or Student Support Center (SSC) tickets and find information on how to contact the support center via email and phone. To access TeamDynamix, visit https://support.davenport.edu.
The Knowledge Base is an online database designed to help users troubleshoot certain technical issues. The database covers frequently asked questions for Blackboard, Banner, EMS, classroom technology, and much more. If a particular question isn't listed on the main page, there is a search bar for more specific topics and issues.
For questions you can't answer with the Knowledge Base or to ask the CSC or SSC a question, you can submit a ticket:
How to submit a ticket via our TeamDynamix ticketing portal
- Navigate to https://support.davenport.edu
- Click the Submit a Ticket button (top right)
- Choose a Category that best fits your issue/request. (i.e. Printing Services)
- Choose a Sub-Category like Printer or Copier Hardware Issues
- Click the Request Service button at the top right.
- Fill out the form and click the Submit button at the bottom.
You will receive an email confirmation from teamdynamix.com with your ticket ID and links to follow updates.
