With TeamDynamix, users can view the Knowledge Base, submit CSC tickets and contact CSC through email and phone. To access TeamDynamix go to https://davenport.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/Home/
The Knowledge Base is an online database designed to help users troubleshoot certain technical issues. The database covers frequently asked questions for Blackboard, Banner, EMS, classroom technology and much more. If a particular question isn't listed on the main page, there is a search bar for more specific issues.
For questions you can't answer with the Knowledge Base or to ask CSC a question, you can submit a ticket.
How to submit a ticket via our new ticketing portal (May 2022)

1) Click the Submit a Ticket button (top right)
2) Choose a category that best fits your issue/request. (i.e. Printing Services)
3) Choose a sub-category like Printer or Copier Hardware Issues
4) Click Request Service button at the top right.
5) Fill out the form and click the Request button at the bottom.
You should receive an email confirmation (comes from teamdynamix.com) with your ticket ID and links to follow updates. Note: Using the ticketing portal is not mandatory, you can still call us at 800-322-3984 or, simply send an email to: csc@davenport.edu
