A student shared how helpful the PRC has been to her over the past year or so. She explained that during busy school days, she often forgot to eat anything. She would then remember she was hungry before her evening classes and grab a snack pack and microwavable meal from the PRC. She said without this resource, she probably wouldn’t have eaten anything multiple days of the week.
