Employer Internship Training Seminars:  

We partner with schools in the West Michigan Internship Initiative to offer this FREE service.  Learn the steps to create or grow a successful, quality internship program and how to connect with prospective interns. This training session includes:

  1. Setting goals and policies for your program 

  2. Writing a plan

  3. Recruiting qualified interns

  4. Managing interns

  5. Conducting exit interviews and follow up

  6. A working Q&A round table - to help you take your program from now to WOW!  Let us help you identify next steps to formalize, grow and sustain a vital program for your organization. 

We invite you to attend when the time is right for you!  A sample schedule of the seminar is:
